Quick Leak Fix (2–3 minutes)

  1. Inflate the toy, rub soapy water on the vinyl — bubbles show the leak.
  2. Dry the spot and let it sit for ~10 minutes.
  3. Peel & apply the clear patch over the hole, press firmly.
  4. Set for ~20 minutes, then re-inflate — ready to play!

Toy Won’t Stand Up? (Fast Fix)

  1. Add water to the base. Most “won’t stand” issues come from a base that isn’t heavy enough.
  2. If it still tips, deflate the top (air chamber) and fill the base completely full of water.
  3. Re-inflate the top with air. The toy should now stand up on its own.

Tip: The weighted base provides balance, adding more air to the top won’t fix a light base.

How long do replacements take?
We typically reply within 1–2 business days. Once approved, most replacements ship in 1–2 business days. U.S. delivery is usually 3–5 business days depending on carrier and location.
Do I need proof of purchase?
Yes, please include your Shopify order number or Amazon Order ID in the form.
The toy won’t stand up. What should I do?

Yes, we offer replacements for our customers. Please submit the form with your order number and the exact part you need.
What’s covered under warranty?
Manufacturing defects are covered. Normal wear, accidental punctures, improper use (dragging the toy by its arms, tackling or jumping on it), or over-inflation aren’t covered, but we’ll still help with patch kits and practical fixes whenever possible. Tell us what happened and we’ll recommend the best solution.
